Our field crews perform initial yard maintenance and then maintain yards weekly or biweekly depending on client needs. All yard maintenance include trimming of all weeds and edging driveways and curbside to prevent code violations!T
All field crews are able to maintain shrubs and trees so they do not become code violations, make sure they're not damaging the property or roofs, and are appealing to the eye so to NOT cause code violations at properties.
All field crews are competent to know when a roof is leaking, if they can repair it within the allowable, or if the roof needs to be tarped. All tarps used on Junk Dawgz Junk Removals roofs are brown or black, made of heavy duty material, and secured with firring strips.
Once vacancy is confirmed, an initial lock change is completed consistent with investor/insurer requirements. Boarding windows or doors as needed, securing entrance gates to property, posting notices and securing pool, if applicable, are also completed. If deemed necessary, re-securing services are available to assure ongoing protection and marketability of assets.
